About Sarah
Sarah has been working with Safe Kids Lower Columbia since 2014 becoming the chair in 2015. Sarah has also been a Certified Passenger Safety Technician since 2015. Sarah previously worked for Longview Fire Department where she was integral in their Public Education Program, hosting Fire Prevention Week and talking to different groups about child safety issues. Sarah has attended trainings on childhood safety at the State and National level on issues such as vaping awareness, child passenger safety, safe sleep, firearm safety, traumatic brain injuries, marijuana edibles and children, and safety around open waters. Sarah is proud to be part of the Longview Noon Rotary where she is on the scholarship committee and has participated in Rotary Angels and co-chaired Squirrelfest in 2022 & 2023. Sarah is currently employed as the Pastoral Assistant to Administration serving the local Catholic Church Family in Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties.
