With over 30 years of experience and being the 3rd generation in the family business, he has a wealth of hands-on experience in various aspects of the company. Starting at a young age and working his way up through different roles, he has gained a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process, from sweeping floors and running equipment to handling tasks in accounting, IT, CNC programming, and engineering design. Mike’s journey showcases his versatility and adaptability within the business. His current role as Operations Manager highlights his commitment to the daily production and smooth operations of Rightline Equipment. Outside of work, Mike’s commitment to family is also notable. Living in Kalama, Washington, with his wife Cassie, and having four children and five grandchildren, it seems like he balances a fulfilling family life with his professional responsibilities.
