About Dan
Dan retired from IBM in 2013, concluding a distinguished career in Global Services. He also served 20 years in the Navy Reserves, specializing in anti-submarine warfare. A dedicated Rotarian since 2003, Dan has twice served as Club President and is a Paul Harris Fellow. In 2022, he received the Rotary Service Above Self Award, recognizing his exceptional commitment to the organization. In the same year, Dan and his wife Becky became ShelterBox Ambassadors, inspired by the service and passion of their predecessor, Mike Robinson. Since taking on this role, they have attended PETS (President-Elect Training Seminars), District 5100 and 5110 conferences, and continue to present at Rotary clubs across Clark County. Beyond their Rotary work, Dan and Becky recently completed a remarkable 500-mile Camino pilgrimage across southwestern France, embracing the spirit of adventure and service.
