About Frank
Frank first started as the executive director at Community House on Broadway in 2012. During his first year of being director, Frank noticed the need in our community for mental health and substance use services and the correlation it had with homelessness. In 2015 he founded CORE Health with the goal of providing increased access to mental health and substance use services for residents both at the shelter and in the community. His dedication and service to the community has grown into a consolidated service delivery network that helps address and remove barriers to care.
